Trška Gora Hiking Trail

Trška Gora hiking trail starts at Krško fire station, which is one of the first fire stations in Slovenia with famoust fire tower. We start our journey on short steep road and after about 300 meters we reach the church of St. Rosalija. We continue our journey along the road, following the markings that lead us all the way to the hunting lodge and the observatory. From the hunting lodge, we continue along the road, which offers a wonderful view of Sremič, Grmada, Kremen and Libna. After 500 m we reach the highest point of our route, the church of St. Jožef, from where is a view of the Krško polje with Gorjanci in the background. We continue down the path, following the markings that lead us to the starting point of the path.
