Beer & BBQ Festival Krško 2025

The Center for Entrepreneurship and Tourism Krško is organizing the Beer & BBQ Festival Krško again this year.

Date: Friday, July 4, 2025, from 5 p.m.

Location: Old town center of Krško 



The purpose of the entire event is to promote local Posavje beer producers, who, together with the best Slovenian brewers, present different styles of craft beer brewed in smaller boutique breweries. The event will also focus on advising on the basics of beer production, beer styles, aromas and flavors, and on the proper handling of beer.

What to expect?
In the old town center of Krško, there is a promise of fun events and socializing with friends. The best Slovenian craft brewers from Posavje and wider Slovenia will be presented. A combination of fun, tasting and education on the topic of beer is expected.
Accompanying program: The best culinary delights will be smelling from the grill, there will be a sweet corner available, and everything will be rounded off by the Big Band Krško with a singer and DJ Boyan.

• two-level parking lot in Zaton (5 min walk to the venue)
• parking lot at the Krško Municipality building (5 min walk to the venue)

Another event with as little waste as possible!

Together we will try to keep waste to a minimum and to enable proper separate collection of materials to circulate, recycle and reuse.

How will we succeed?

• consistent separate waste collection on three ecological islands,
• a green guard will be on hand to help visitors properly collect waste,
• the event program is organized in a way that creates as little waste as possible - returnable glass and plastic cups, compostable food utensils,
• drinking water at the venue - bring your own cups or mugs!

Why do we have to deal with waste?

According to foreign data, on average, each event visitor generates more than a kilogram of waste per day. Most of the waste at events is not collected separately, which means that even the prerequisite for recycling is not met. In Krško, we want to take a step forward and, in addition to recycling, also take care of preventing waste generation.

We are aware that the environment is everyone's business, so we want to become an example for both participants and other festival organizers.
