Beekeeping center Krško

The Beekeeping Center is a beekeeping center that comprehensively presents beekeeping in the Posavje region.

The center is managed by the Krško Beekeeping Association, which through various activities fulfills its goals in the fields of education, tourism, ecology, sustainability, as well as promoting the enjoyment of bee products!

The Beekeeping Center is designed to provide people with an insight into beekeeping work and the livelihood of bees. It provides an insight into beekeeping tasks, equipment used to work with bees, as well as contact with bees and an insight into a beehive.

The tours and content of the presentation are adapted to the structure of the group, and are adapted for children, adults or professional beekeeping groups. Practical workshops, training or presentations of beekeeping equipment or technology are also suitable for the group.

The center also has a specialized shop selling products based on bee products, as well as basic bee products. The store offers various types of honey from local production, from beekeepers from Posavje. All types of honey blends and meat additives are available, as well as a very diverse selection of honey cosmetics and a gift program of products.
